Return Method:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@baristto.com They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the item by mail.
Return Condition:
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Please make sure to include all accessories and documentation that came with the product.
Restocking Fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Your refund will be processed for the full purchase amount you paid for the item.

Refund Process:

Late or missing refunds:
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. 1. Begin by requesting your Return Authorization Number. You can do this by sending an email to support@baristto.com.
In the email provide a detailed explanation for your return, along with any relevant pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
2. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the BAR# (Return Authorization Number) and a prepaid return shipping label. This label will be used to send back the product you wish to return.
3. After you have shipped the package containing the returned product, our team will carefully inspect the items upon receipt. If everything is in order, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
